Census Bureau: More women than men in St. Charles in 2019

Of the 70,171 people living in St. Charles in 2019, 52.6 percent (36,914) were women and 47.4 percent (33,257) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the St. Charles Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 23,941-to-22,445. In the 65 and over age range, there were 6,677 females and 4,849 males.
