The Emergency Weather Response program will operate through March 12 in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties. If you know someone who needs a warm place to spend the night when temperatures are forecast to be at or below 20 degrees, invite them to call 636-395-0492 for help finding the overnight Warming Center that is in operation. Transportation to the Warming Center may be available.
