On Tuesday, April 1, former St. Charles West High School standout Josh Newell’s current college team, the Lindenwood Lions, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southern Illinois Salukis.
The game took place at Lou Brock Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Salukis this season.
The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Gary Hogan Field against Little Rock Trojans.
