St. Charles home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in St. Charles fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 2.5% decrease over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in St. Charles in March 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Charles for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,157, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
