St. Charles home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in St. Charles rose by $6,071 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,171 - a 4% increase over the $152,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in St. Charles in March 2016.
