St. Charles home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in St. Charles rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $173,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in St. Charles in March 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Charles for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,157, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
