UPDATED: A multi-jurisdictional unit comprised of the St. Charles County Police Department, St. Charles Police Department,
St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department, Lake Saint Louis Police Department, O'Fallon Missouri Police Department,
Cottleville Police Department and Missouri Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole conducted
sex offender compliance checks from 5 to 10:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31. This unit completed over 160 checks, and
found 25 offenders in violation of RSMO 589.426. Charges are being filed with the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
