The Saint Charles City Council has announced a change in the location for its upcoming meeting on August 19. The meeting will take place at the St. Charles Convention Center, Junior Ballroom (lower level), beginning at 7 p.m. In addition, the Street Committee meeting is scheduled to be held at the same venue in Room 102, also on the lower level.
No reason was provided for the change of venue.
