Of the 402,377 people living in St. Charles County, Missouri in 2021, 50.6% (203,491) were women and 49.4% (198,886) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by St. Charles Times.

Data showed the average age for women in St. Charles County in 2021 was 40 years, on par with the national average of 40 for women.

According to census data, despite women being more prevalent in St. Charles County during 2021, men aged 18 and over outnumbered women in the same age group by 35. Meanwhile, in the 65 and over group, there were 27,578 men and 34,136 women.
